Support Marlow clients with day-to-day bookkeeping and finance admin — not full accounting, but the work that keeps books clean and cash moving.
About the role:
- Track receipts and expenses; categorize transactions in QuickBooks or Xero
- Prepare and send invoices; follow up on unpaid balances
- Reconcile simple records and organize documents for the client's accountant
- Maintain clean spreadsheets and recurring reporting templates
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of bookkeeping, finance admin, or AP/AR experience
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online or Xero
- High attention to detail and comfort with numbers
- Professional discretion with financial data
