Customer Support Specialist

$4–$8+/hr

Help Marlow clients deliver fast, friendly customer support from a shared inbox or help desk.

About the role:

  • Respond to routine customer questions and follow up until resolved
  • Triage incoming tickets and escalate issues that need the client
  • Maintain canned responses and help-center articles
  • Track common issues and suggest process improvements

What we're looking for:

  • 1+ years in customer support, client success, or a similar role
  • Patient, empathetic communicator who writes clearly
  • Experience with a ticketing system (Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, etc.)
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours from a home office

Schedule & benefits:

  • Full-time (40 hrs/week)
