Help Marlow clients deliver fast, friendly customer support from a shared inbox or help desk.
About the role:
- Respond to routine customer questions and follow up until resolved
- Triage incoming tickets and escalate issues that need the client
- Maintain canned responses and help-center articles
- Track common issues and suggest process improvements
What we're looking for:
- 1+ years in customer support, client success, or a similar role
- Patient, empathetic communicator who writes clearly
- Experience with a ticketing system (Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, etc.)
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours from a home office
Schedule & benefits:
