E-commerce Customer Support & Operations Assistant

$4–$8+/hr

Keep an online store's customers happy and operations smooth. This full-time role covers support, order follow-up, and the daily admin that keeps an e-commerce brand running.

What you'll own:

  • Respond to customer questions across email, chat, and social DMs
  • Process returns, refunds, and exchanges; chase order and shipping issues
  • Update product listings, inventory notes, and supplier orders
  • Triage tickets and maintain canned responses and help-center content
  • Track recurring issues and suggest fixes

You're a strong fit if you have:

  • 2+ years in e-commerce support, customer service, or store operations
  • Experience with Shopify and a help desk (Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Patient, friendly, clear written communication
  • Comfort working independently across several daily tasks

Schedule & employment:

  • Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday, aligned to U.S. business hours
  • Fully remote — work from a quiet home office anywhere in your time zone
  • Employed through Marlow (not freelance or gig work), with paid training
  • Long-term placement with one client team, supported by Marlow's platform and ops
