Executive Assistant — Contractors & Home Services

$4–$8+/hr

Marlow is hiring full-time executive assistants for contractors and home-service business owners — the folks running HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, remodeling, and cleaning companies. Your owner is rarely at a desk, so you run the back office while they run the jobs.

What you'll own:

  • Answer and return calls, texts, and emails; book and confirm appointments
  • Manage the schedule and dispatch board so crews always know where to be
  • Turn the owner's voice notes into estimates and quotes for review
  • Send invoices, chase unpaid balances, and keep collections moving
  • Request and follow up on reviews; keep the CRM and customer records clean

You're a strong fit if you have:

  • 2+ years of admin, dispatch, scheduling, or office-manager experience
  • Calm, friendly phone presence and clear spoken + written English
  • Comfort with field-service software (Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan) or fast to learn it
  • A get-it-done attitude and tolerance for a fast, interruption-heavy day

Schedule & employment:

  • Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday, aligned to U.S. business hours
  • Fully remote — work from a quiet home office anywhere in your time zone
  • Employed through Marlow (not freelance or gig work), with paid training
  • Long-term placement with one client team, supported by Marlow's platform and ops
