Support a startup founder as their full-time executive assistant. You'll own the calendar, inbox, and the dozens of small operational threads that otherwise eat a founder's week.
What you'll own:
- Run inbox and calendar; protect deep-work time and triage what matters
- Coordinate investor updates, board logistics, and cross-time-zone meetings
- Handle ops and admin: tools, subscriptions, vendor coordination, light bookkeeping handoffs
- Research, draft, and prep documents and decks for review
- Keep the founder's tasks and follow-ups from falling through the cracks
You're a strong fit if you have:
- 3+ years as an executive assistant, chief-of-staff support, or founder's right hand
- High autonomy, sharp judgment, and total discretion
- Comfort in modern tools (Notion, Slack, Linear) and quick to adopt new ones
- Excellent written English and a calm, organized presence
Schedule & employment:
- Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday, aligned to U.S. business hours
- Fully remote — work from a quiet home office anywhere in your time zone
- Employed through Marlow (not freelance or gig work), with paid training
- Long-term placement with one client team, supported by Marlow's platform and ops
Why Marlow:
We recruit, train, and employ executive assistants who work remotely with growing
U.S. businesses. You get a real career — steady hours, paid onboarding, ongoing
training, a supportive ops team, and tools that make great work visible — instead of
chasing one-off gigs. We invest in people who want to grow with the clients they support.
