Be the remote front desk for a healthcare, dental, therapy, or wellness practice. This full-time role keeps the schedule full and patients cared for, so the clinical team stays focused on patients — not paperwork.
What you'll own:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments; manage reminders to cut no-shows
- Handle intake coordination and new-patient paperwork
- Triage the practice inbox and phone; route urgent items appropriately
- Support insurance follow-up and billing coordination
- Keep patient records and scheduling systems accurate
You're a strong fit if you have:
- 2+ years in a medical front desk, patient coordinator, or practice admin role
- A warm, reassuring, HIPAA-aware communication style
- Comfort with practice management / EHR tools (SimplePractice, etc.)
- Reliability and discretion with sensitive information
Schedule & employment:
- Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday, aligned to U.S. business hours
- Fully remote — work from a quiet home office anywhere in your time zone
- Employed through Marlow (not freelance or gig work), with paid training
- Long-term placement with one client team, supported by Marlow's platform and ops
