Patient Coordinator & Front-Desk Assistant — Practices

$4–$8+/hr

Be the remote front desk for a healthcare, dental, therapy, or wellness practice. This full-time role keeps the schedule full and patients cared for, so the clinical team stays focused on patients — not paperwork.

What you'll own:

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments; manage reminders to cut no-shows
  • Handle intake coordination and new-patient paperwork
  • Triage the practice inbox and phone; route urgent items appropriately
  • Support insurance follow-up and billing coordination
  • Keep patient records and scheduling systems accurate

You're a strong fit if you have:

  • 2+ years in a medical front desk, patient coordinator, or practice admin role
  • A warm, reassuring, HIPAA-aware communication style
  • Comfort with practice management / EHR tools (SimplePractice, etc.)
  • Reliability and discretion with sensitive information

Schedule & employment:

  • Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday, aligned to U.S. business hours
  • Fully remote — work from a quiet home office anywhere in your time zone
  • Employed through Marlow (not freelance or gig work), with paid training
  • Long-term placement with one client team, supported by Marlow's platform and ops
