Make a real estate team's listings and brand shine. This full-time role handles everything that gets a property in front of buyers and keeps the agent visible online.
What you'll own:
- Build listing marketing: MLS entry, descriptions, flyers, social posts, email blasts
- Coordinate photography, video, and staging schedules
- Run the team's social channels and content calendar
- Design branded graphics and just-listed/just-sold pieces in Canva
- Keep the website and listing portals current
You're a strong fit if you have:
- 2+ years in real estate marketing, listing coordination, or social/content admin
- A sharp eye for clean, on-brand design (Canva fluency required)
- Comfort with MLS, social schedulers, and basic video editing
- Reliable, deadline-driven follow-through
Schedule & employment:
- Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday, aligned to U.S. business hours
- Fully remote — work from a quiet home office anywhere in your time zone
- Employed through Marlow (not freelance or gig work), with paid training
- Long-term placement with one client team, supported by Marlow's platform and ops
