Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

$4–$8+/hr

Own contract-to-close for a real estate team. As a full-time transaction coordinator, you make sure every deal closes on time with nothing missed — the role agents trust most.

What you'll own:

  • Open and manage each transaction from accepted offer to closing
  • Track contingencies, deadlines, inspections, appraisals, and financing milestones
  • Collect signatures and keep all documents compliant and complete
  • Coordinate with lenders, title, escrow, the other side's agent, and clients
  • Keep the agent and clients updated with clear status at every step

You're a strong fit if you have:

  • 2+ years as a transaction coordinator or in real estate transaction support
  • Working knowledge of contracts, timelines, and compliance documents
  • Experience with Dotloop, DocuSign, SkySlope, or similar
  • Exceptional deadline discipline and attention to detail

Schedule & employment:

  • Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday, aligned to U.S. business hours
  • Fully remote — work from a quiet home office anywhere in your time zone
  • Employed through Marlow (not freelance or gig work), with paid training
  • Long-term placement with one client team, supported by Marlow's platform and ops
