Keep client pipelines warm and CRMs current. You'll be the behind-the-scenes force that makes sure no lead goes cold.
About the role:
- Update CRM records, notes, and deal stages after calls and emails
- Send follow-up sequences and nudge warm leads on the client's behalf
- Prepare call lists, pre-meeting briefs, and simple pipeline reports
- Coordinate scheduling between prospects and the client's sales team
What we're looking for:
- 1+ years supporting sales teams or managing a CRM pipeline
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel
- Organized, persistent, and comfortable with repetitive follow-through
- Strong written communication in English
