Sales & CRM Assistant

$4–$8+/hr

Keep client pipelines warm and CRMs current. You'll be the behind-the-scenes force that makes sure no lead goes cold.

About the role:

  • Update CRM records, notes, and deal stages after calls and emails
  • Send follow-up sequences and nudge warm leads on the client's behalf
  • Prepare call lists, pre-meeting briefs, and simple pipeline reports
  • Coordinate scheduling between prospects and the client's sales team

What we're looking for:

  • 1+ years supporting sales teams or managing a CRM pipeline
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel
  • Organized, persistent, and comfortable with repetitive follow-through
  • Strong written communication in English

Schedule & benefits:
