Sales & CRM Assistant — Agencies

$4–$8+/hr

Help agency owners and their sales teams keep the pipeline warm and the CRM pristine. You'll handle the behind-the-scenes follow-through that turns leads into booked calls.

What you'll own:

  • Keep the CRM current: log activity, update deal stages, clean duplicate records
  • Send follow-up sequences and nudge warm leads on the team's behalf
  • Build prospect lists and pre-call briefs for the sales team
  • Coordinate scheduling between prospects and account executives
  • Produce simple weekly pipeline and outreach reports

You're a strong fit if you have:

  • 2+ years supporting a sales team or owning CRM hygiene
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
  • Organized, persistent, and comfortable with high-volume follow-up
  • Strong written English for outbound and follow-up messages

Schedule & employment:

  • Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday, aligned to U.S. business hours
  • Fully remote — work from a quiet home office anywhere in your time zone
  • Employed through Marlow (not freelance or gig work), with paid training
  • Long-term placement with one client team, supported by Marlow's platform and ops
