How do I get an account?+

Marlow accounts are created when an administrator at your agency or company invites you by email. Look for an invitation email from Marlow and follow the link to set your password.

I forgot my password — how do I reset it?+

From the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password” and enter your account email. We will send you a link to set a new password. The link is valid for 30 minutes.

How do I delete my account from the mobile app?+

Open the Marlow mobile app, go to the Settings tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap “Delete account.” You will be asked to confirm. Your profile will be anonymized, all sessions will be revoked, and your device will be signed out.

What does the desktop app capture while I am tracking time?+

While a tracking session is running, the desktop app records work intervals, periodic screenshots of your active display, and idle-time counters. It does not capture keystrokes, passwords, or clipboard contents. Closing the app or stopping the session stops all collection immediately.

How do I disable notifications?+

In the mobile app, go to Settings to manage in-app notification preferences. You can also turn off notifications at the iOS or Android system level from your device settings.

Who can see the messages and files I send?+

Content you create is visible to other members of your Marlow organization based on the role and permissions configured by your administrator. Direct messages are visible only to the participants of that conversation.
